DOT. Contracting began with a small team of site engineers who were tired of watching good design get diluted between tender and handover. We started taking on the work other contractors called too detailed, and built a reputation on finishing it properly.

Two decades later the company delivers main contracting, in-house MEP and turnkey interiors across towers, industrial facilities, workplaces and hospitality. The structure has grown; the operating principle has not. One accountable team, one programme, no handoffs between disciplines.

We measure ourselves on the last two percent — the reveal line, the ceiling transition, the commissioning record — because that is what clients live with long after the hoarding comes down.
